5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 20x (bonus amount × 20).
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
- Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements.
- The deadline for completing wagering begins from the date the bonus is activated.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus will only be activated if the deposit is made using the specified method.
- The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- kikiya reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a technical error, the relevant bet will be settled according to the system logs. In such cases, kikiya's decision is final.

- Bets placed before an event starts are governed by pre-match rules.
- For live betting, odds change in real time.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension and Closure
kikiya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.
8.1 Grounds for Suspension
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Refusal to verify identity or age.
- Suspicious financial activity or the possibility of fraud.
- Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact us via live chat or support email. If any bonus conditions are not met before closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled, though any actual deposited funds will remain available for withdrawal.
